‘Ginni þier frá guði menn
að gjöra það, eð ilt er;
sárar fyrir sakir þær
síðan að þeir fái stríð.
Einatt skal yðr pín
aktaz, þá frá er sagt,
að þier freistið fira mest
og fáið eigi svikið þá.’
