 ór Ósló: orrostu F
ór Ósló ‘from Oslo’: Present-day capital of Norway. Oslo was founded by King Haraldr harðráði Sigurðarson because the location made it favourable for defence against Dan. attacks and also for launching attacks on Denmark. Magnús was first elected king of Norway in Viken, the districts around Oslofjorden, and his strongest support appears to have come from that region of the country.
